Como persona con un trabajo muy exigente, casi no tengo tiempo para leer manuales extensos. Por eso valoro que “El Trading Code” sea compacto, bien estructurado y fácil de entender. Podía leer un capítulo al día y aplicar lo aprendido enseguida. Me encantaron los ejemplos prácticos y el enfoque de avanzar paso a paso, incluso con poco tiempo disponible. Para quienes quieren iniciarse en el trading sin dejar de lado trabajo o familia, este libro es ideal.

Llevo un tiempo operando, pero al leer este libro me he dado cuenta de que nunca se deja de aprender. Los capítulos sobre análisis técnico y psicología del mercado me resultaron especialmente útiles. Se nota que el autor no solo enseña teoría, sino que habla desde su propia experiencia. Incluso los traders con más recorrido pueden encontrar ideas valiosas para mejorar su estrategia.

Una guía práctica y clara para principiantes en el mundo del trading

“El Trading Code” de Richard Cohen es, sin duda, uno de los mejores libros introductorios al mundo del trading que he leído. Está escrito en un lenguaje accesible, pensado especialmente para hispanohablantes, y abarca desde los fundamentos básicos de la bolsa hasta estrategias más avanzadas.

Destaco la claridad con la que explica términos como acciones, índices, CFDs, brokers, análisis técnico y fundamental. Además, dedica capítulos enteros a la gestión de riesgos y la psicología del trading, dos aspectos que muchos libros suelen pasar por alto.

Me pareció especialmente útil la estructura del libro: cada tema está bien organizado, y el índice facilita encontrar rápidamente lo que buscas. También se agradecen los recursos adicionales que menciona el autor y el tono motivador con el que anima al lector a avanzar paso a paso hacia la independencia financiera.

Muy recomendable para quien esté dando sus primeros pasos en este mundo.

I really didn’t understand much about trading before reading this book. Whilst I wanted to understand the fundamentals and concepts, it has always been portrayed as a pretty exclusive club that I didn’t belong to.

Having now read Richard’s book, I can honestly say that I know so much more about how it works, what to do, and am 100% better prepared than just taking blind punts that I would otherwise have done. For anyone who wants to enter into this world I cannot recommend the book highly enough; there are so many nuggets of information and knowledge, written in a way that is easy to understand, and personally, I now feel SO much better prepared and equipped to begin trading.

I’ve also reached out to the author with further questions, and had a helpful response straight away (on a Saturday too, even more impressive!) so I’m wholeheartedly vouching for this guy.

If you have a desire to trade, and don’t have much clue about how/what to do, I don’t think you can find a better source of information that explains things as clearly and concisely as the Trading Code.

Sadly I came across this book after starting trading and after making a few mistakes. I wish I gave it a read first and THEN start trading. But this book helped me to understand my mistakes and how to learn from them. It guides you through the whole process of setting a trading account, when to buy, understand when you have an opportunity and when it’s better to wait.

I loved reading it. Everything is so well explained with lots of real examples. The author also tell you his strategies of how to trade successfully.

I recommend it to everyone out there who wants to start trading successfully. By reading this book you can feel confident enough to start trading with your own money.

This could potentially be the best £12.89 you ever spend. Richard Cohen's brilliant book shines a light on the opaque world of the stock markets and day trading in a way which walks the difficult line between giving the wannabe trader practical, granular detail whilst not overwhelming with too much technical information. It is concise, highly readable and designed for practical application. As the author says, it provides one of the four elements needed to trade the markets successfully, so you won't just be able to read it and succeed by osmosis - but it is proving to be an invaluable expert guide on my own first steps into this world. Read it in conjunction with his other excellent book, Trading Psychology, and I believe you will have all you need to set you up to succeed - provided you bring your own focus, discipline and determination. When you buy this book, you can also register for further guidance online, and almost unbelievably, Richard is also available to email questions to, making this book even more incredible value for money. If you are interested in this field, I cannot recommend this book and its sister title highly enough. Ben Mills.

This is an excellent resource, explaining everything you need to know about starting out day-trading in CFDs. Its been an eye opener and has given me the confidence and the tools to go about doing this, without just 'speculating' randomly, potentially with no strategy. Strategy and mindset are central to this book, once you understand the basics, as a lack of these are your greatest enemy.

Its been a steep learning curve, but very enjoyable and Richard does 'sell' very well the idea of doing this seriously as a significant (or sole?) means of generating revenue.

I've already set up a demo account with a broker and begun tracking certain indexes on MetaTrader 5 (the recommended trading platform) and have only in a couple of days become confident setting up real-time purchase and sell orders, setting stop losses and take profit levels using the advised settings. I've also set up pending long and short orders when seeing sideways movement in the market, having a position on an upward or downward trend once that breaks out in either direction. Using the strategies provided I'm already in 'profit' and the average of my wins in significantly larger than the average of my losses.

One more thing, Richard openly offers that people contact him with an email address he publishes. I took him up on this offer showing him an example of a rapid up/down price movement that happened within the space of a few seconds, and he responded (twice!) the same day giving some very helpful advice. That's what I call service!

Dieses Buch ist hervorragend für Anfänger und auch fortgeschrittene, die im Bereich Trading erfahren möchten worum es wirklich geht, sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist sehr verständlich und kurzweilig. Ich bin selbst absoluter Anfänger und sehr dankbar das ich dieses Buch gefunden habe. Vielen Dank für diesen wertvollen Schatz.

Ich kann dieses Buch jedem empfehlen der sich mit dem Trading beschäftigt. Ich habe es in 2 Tagen verschlungen. Richard Cohen schreibt in einem einfachen verständlichen Stil und bringt Alles was wichtig ist auf den Punkt. Mit lediglich 190 Seiten ist das Buch kompakt und enthält trotzdem das gesamt Spektrum, was für einen Trader wichtig ist. Danke Richard, Du hast mir geholfen mein Trading auf ein neues Level zu heben. Egal wie Dein nächstes Werk heißt - hoffentlich kommt noch was - es wird für mich eine Pflichtlektüre werden. Dieses Hörbuch hat mir den entscheidenden Anstoß gegeben, mich an das Traden heran zu wagen.
Es ist verständlich und authentisch geschrieben. Ich höre dieses Buch in regelmäßigen Abständen immerwieder, weil es jedesmal wie ein Auffrischungkurs auf mich wirkt.
Die selbsterlebten (auch negativen) Erfahrungen des Autors und die entspannte Erzählweise des Sprechers geben mir die Gelassenheit, die man beim Traden unbedingt benötigt.
Im Vorfeld habe ich mehrere Hörbucher zu den Themen Daytrading und Trading-Psychologie angehört.
Der Trading-Code war allerdings die Zündkerze, so dass das Arbeiten mit Charts und Trading-Software ein fester Bestandteil in meinem Alltag geworden ist.
Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen!

Hier mal ein kurzes Fazit von meinen ersten Trading-Erlebnissen:
Vorab muss ich Euch ein ganz großes Lob und Kompliment für Eure Arbeit geben. Dein Buch und nun auch in der Trading-Gruppe mit den täglichen Setups zu sein, ist eine ganz tolle Unterstützung für mich als Anfänger und führt mich wunderbar ans Trading-Erlebnis heran. Ich habe richtig Spaß daran gefunden und meine Neugierde ist unaufhaltsam.
Problem habe ich persönlich nur mit der Zeit, die mir dafür leider noch zu wenig zur Verfügung steht. Oft bleibt nur das Wochenende übrig und auch das nicht immer.
Eurer Heranführen ans Trading mit den praktischen Ratschlägen sind super und sehr gut umsetzbar. Seit Anfang Mai habe ich für meine Verhältnisse angefangen intensiv praktisch tätig zu werden....

Das Buch ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für die, die den Einstieg ins Daytrading schaffen wollen. Alles ist verständlich und klar beschrieben. Am Besten Buch lesen und sich danach bei Trading Code anmelden.

Ik was al een tijdje geïnteresseerd in traden, maar wist niet waar ik moest beginnen. Dit boek legt alles stap voor stap uit, zonder ingewikkeld jargon. Na het lezen voel ik me een stuk zekerder om mijn eerste stappen op de beurs te zetten. Aanrader voor iedereen die wil beginnen met traden!

Wirklich sehr informatives und gut zu lesendes Buch. Bringt eine gute Einführung in das Thema trading und motiviert sich weiterzubilden und nebenbei ein weiteres Einkommen durch Trading zu generieren. Ich kann das Buch nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo libro

Bellissimo libro. Non è sicuramente un manuale di investimenti in borsa o economia e finanza. Dopo una semplice parte teorica, in cui ti spiega le basi e alcune terminologie, va direttamente al succo dell'argomento e in poche pagine ti mette subito nelle condizioni di poter iniziare a fare i primi passi pratici nel trading. Dopo 2 giorni io ero già sul mio conto demo a mettere in pratica gli esercizi e adesso ho iniziato ad operare sul conto reale. Quindi sono molto soddisfatto di questo libro, era quello che cercavo per capire in modo semplice e veloce se il trading potesse fare al caso mio.

Facile da capire per chi é alle prime armi. Molto pratico con esempi utili soprattutto per fare trading piú come attività extra al lavoro. Ci sono esempi pratici da seguire passo a passo, mi ha aiutato tanto per iniziare la pratica.

I read this cover-to-cover in 6 hours, what's more to say? Well-written, structured and concise, this book helped me scratch an itch about day trading and has given me the inspiration to go out and try something. It doesn't promise any get rich quick schemes, but lays out in simple terms some strategies that keep it simple and will hopefully pay their way.

What I also like about this book is how authentic and personable the author comes across - no hint of entitlement or pretentiousness despite his success, rather someone who has just written a guide to help you make the first steps yourself. You get the feeling he's with you and wants you to have success too. I also followed up with the author and got a prompt and nice reply.

I would strongly recommend taking a look.

I had been thinking about getting into day trading for a long time, but I lacked the knowledge and, most importantly, the right strategy. This book gave me exactly what I needed: a clear, easy-to-understand introduction to trading CFDs combined with practical strategies that I could implement right away.
